So, Rachael, here are the pictures. . .since you asked :-) ! Actually, I was waiting on my neighbor to get her pictures, since my camera is in its last days. However, I can't seem to make the connection, so we'll share what we've got.
Yes, that is a certain familiar person in a Minnie Mouse costume! I was NOT planning on dressing up. Then, my mom found our good friend's costume that she actually wore to my 3K Halloween party over 30-something years ago. She brought it and insisted that I wear if "for Vivi," who actually did love it. Vivi ended up being a fairy with a cute striped bag that seemed to have escaped the photo opp. I guess she opted for the soccer ball Easter basket! Oh well!! Suffice it to say that Halloween night was QUITE eventful. We have at least 5 6-year-old boys just on our block, and they all made it out about the same time. Fun, fun!!
Oh, one suggestion. . .Rob had a GREAT idea to wrap one of our uncarved pumpkins in colored Christmas lights. I think it looked really cool. See pic and make your own call.
Well, it's off to nurse the sick and calm the chaos on this beautiful Sabbath day!! Hope yours is a little less eventful . . . . And, Rachael, stay tuned for my political thoughts, too. . . I do have many floating through my head just waiting to be released!
